Under GDPR, data subjects have specific rights regarding personal data processed by Soluzyn OÜ. This page summarises those rights and how to exercise them.
We respond to valid requests without undue delay and within one month, extendable by two further months where complex.
Right of Access
You may request confirmation of whether we process your personal data and obtain a copy of the data we hold about you, together with information about purposes, categories, recipients, retention, and your other rights.
Right to Rectification
You may request correction of inaccurate personal data and completion of incomplete data, subject to verification of your identity.
Right to Erasure
You may request deletion of your personal data where processing is no longer necessary, consent is withdrawn, you object and no overriding grounds exist, data was unlawfully processed, or erasure is required by law. Exceptions apply where processing is necessary for legal claims or legal obligations.
Right to Restriction of Processing
You may request restriction while accuracy is contested, processing is unlawful but you oppose erasure, we no longer need the data but you require it for legal claims, or you have objected pending verification of legitimate grounds.
Right to Data Portability
Where processing is based on consent or contract and carried out by automated means, you may receive your data in a structured, commonly used, machine-readable format and transmit it to another controller where technically feasible.
Right to Object
You may object to processing based on legitimate interests or for direct marketing. We will cease processing unless we demonstrate compelling legitimate grounds.

How to Exercise Your Rights (Articles 12–23 GDPR)
Submit requests to info@paycavix.com from the email address associated with your enquiry where possible. We may request reasonable identity verification before fulfilling requests.
We respond without undue delay and within one month of receipt, extendable by two further months where complex or numerous, with reasons provided as required by Article 12(3) GDPR.
